By accessing or using test-show.showengine.app ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
About the Event
Test Show is a trading card show organized for collectors, vendors, and fans. The Site provides event information, attendee signup, and vendor registration.
Attendee Signup
- Signing up as an attendee is free and non-binding. It helps us plan for the event.
- By signing up, you consent to receive event-related email communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.
- Admission details are displayed on the Site and may change at our discretion.
Vendor Registration & Payments
- Vendor registration is subject to availability and approval by the event organizer.
- Table fees are listed on the Site and are charged at the time of registration via Stripe.
- By completing registration, you agree to pay the listed table fee plus any selected add-ons.
- Registration is confirmed only after payment is successfully processed and the organizer approves your application.
- Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the sale of their products.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer on a case-by-case basis.
- If the event is cancelled by the organizer, registered vendors will receive a full refund of their table fee.
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to the original payment method via Stripe.
Event Rules
- All attendees and vendors must comply with venue rules and any event-specific guidelines.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone who violates event rules, engages in disruptive behavior, or sells prohibited items.
- No refunds will be issued for removal due to rule violations.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Test Show or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and event are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Test Show and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in the event. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for vendor registration.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
